By accessing or using PoliProxy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
PoliProxy provides residential proxy endpoints via API for legitimate business purposes including data collection, market research, SEO monitoring, price tracking, ad verification, and quality assurance testing.
You may only use PoliProxy for lawful purposes. You agree not to use our service to: gain unauthorized access to any computer system or network; conduct denial-of-service attacks; transmit malware or harmful code; commit fraud; violate any applicable laws or regulations; scrape or access systems without authorization from their owner; or facilitate any of the above by third parties.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your API key. You must keep your API key confidential and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use. You are liable for all charges incurred under your account.
Services are billed on a postpaid basis. You agree to pay all charges incurred. PoliProxy reserves the right to suspend access for non-payment.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. No refunds are issued for terminated accounts where violation occurred.
PoliProxy is not liable for any damages arising from misuse of the service, service interruptions, or third-party actions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PoliProxy and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable EU law. Disputes shall be resolved in Lithuanian courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the permitted and prohibited uses of PoliProxy services. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination.
If you resell PoliProxy access to end users, you must impose equivalent use restrictions on your customers and take responsibility for their compliance. You must maintain abuse contact information and respond to abuse reports within 48 hours.
To report abuse originating from PoliProxy infrastructure, contact abuse@poliproxy.xyz. Include IP addresses, timestamps, and a description of the activity. We investigate all reports and terminate confirmed violators.
Violations result in immediate account suspension. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

Account data is retained for the duration of the service relationship plus 3 years for billing and legal compliance purposes. Usage logs are retained for 90 days for abuse investigation purposes.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@poliproxy.xyz. You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with our infrastructure provider (67proxies) as necessary to deliver the service, and with law enforcement when legally required.
